Timea discovered yoga after having a serious car accident many years ago. She began studying and practicing on her own from an old book a friend had given her.
Discovering a great passion for Yoga, a few years later she ventured towards her first trip to India where she took part in a Yoga Teacher Training program of 200 hours at The Rishikesh Yog Peeth School. Happy with her first experience, but eager to go more in depth, she returned to Rishikesh several times over the next few years and repeated the same course experience numerous times.
Prahlad was born and raised in Rishikesh, the capital and the “natural mother” of Yoga. Pralhad gained a work experience at Rishikesh Yog Peeth School, which is considered one of the best yoga schools in the world. After years of teaching and researching, he has decided to leave the boundaries of his native area to spend his first season with Yogamea School. His style of teaching is methodical and dynamic. The experience he has acquired has led him to create his own style of teaching, gentle and strong at the same time, giving his attentiveness to each student, humble with a generous heart.
Agonda beach is in the southernmost area of Goa with the Arabian Sea knocking on its doors. Just as the sea meets the land, here is where spiritual minds come together for contemplation and yoga practice. The long beach with its untouched sands is ideal for a yoga learner to practice yoga Asanas or to sit in meditation without fear of injury or disturbance.
Goa, once a Portuguese colony, has sprawling beaches, lined with palm trees running the length of its coastline. Some of these, like Agonda Beach, are less developed and can at times feel almost private due to the amount of space. Goa also has another side though – the historic, colonial vision you will see on your way from the airport and if you venture just slightly inland.
