RYT 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India
The 200-hour path represents the first complete level of YogaMea teacher training in India and is one of the school's two main certified paths. It is designed for those who wish to have an immersive experience in Rishikesh, deepening practice, theory, methodology, and personal awareness within an authentic and intensive context.
The 200-hour is the first true certified milestone in the training path. Even when the student chooses to approach the training gradually through shorter modules, the final goal remains the completion of the 200 hours, which form the structured foundation for teaching.
This course is ideal for those who want to build a solid foundation, experience the training in India fully, and start a serious and coherent path towards certification.
